This logo was inspired by the reference to Mtv and VH1. The star represents the star power of both media outlets. The box represents the packaging of green you have to offer. The world is the eco-system at large and living green.

I love where you are going with this. Feels like an overall better design. I am new to logotournamanet and didn't realize I may have individual emails awaiting me - so sorry for the delay in response.
Like the plug / star and box concept - would love to see something else. Lower case perhaps and maybe a few other abstract design ideas.
