What We Do
9Dot Services Inc. is a formula for a client to select the right service provider for their needs. we have adopted a "Pay What You Think its Worth" Program in order to create Relationships Beyond Financial Transactions.
Imagine a world where you weren’t tied to a price. Pay What You Think It’s Worth (PWYTW) is a concept that is making a movement.
Shayne Greer has adopted this method. He didn’t feel that the true meaning of customer service was there in the past and is now "thinking outside the box".
Greer says, “I recognize that customer service has declined. We want to be accountable for the work we do and come from a place of integrity.”
We want our employees to get to know our customers and interact with them — to show them they truly care. We have gone as far as to tear up all our current contracts, asking our customers to adopt this new relationship building of fair days wage for a fair days work.
“When you’re accountable for your work, you work harder.” Clients are given an evaluation sheet after each job is per- formed, giving them the opportunity to pay what they think the service is worth.
It started with a pilot project where Greer wanted to show his management that the PWYTW model would work and would be fair commerce.
He asked his employees to participate with a car wash. Customers were told that they were a for-profit company and to pay what they thought the service was worth — with 10 percent of the profit going to charity. The pilot was successful. People paid anywhere from $5.00 to $100.00. After the pilot took place Greer and his staff donated all of the profit to charity.
Moving forward, 9 Dot Services Inc was incorporated to provide services of every sort. From handyman to landscaping, cleaning to Dog sitting, accounting services to the beauty industry. All using this model as a trusted way of selecting a service providers who will give exactly as the client deserves.
9 Dot Services Inc. is looking forward to giving customers the freedom to pay the value we created for them and this has proved to be very profitable. Being accountable with integrity gives them the satisfaction of a job well done, more amazing yet, every client and contractor is contributing to some great charities by giving 10% of net sales, just for doing business on projects that were needed along.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
The game 9 dots is a invitation to think creatively for answers on connecting all the dots with as few lines as possible.
It requires true Outside the box thinking.
Try it designers then look for solutions using as few as three lines without lifting your pencil even once.
We believe that in order to overcome this recession and come together as community it will require the 9dot concept.
