you can ask the admin to close your contest, I don't have idea how to completed the contest, since the Contest Holder's and Designer's page/preview are different. IMHO
I'll try to contact the admin too about this.

How do i select winner

if you need the logo urgent, you can close your contest immediately, then designer will send/uploaded final files same as you selected as the winner.

What about the one dot beside the 9 Big enough that the 9 fits inside along the arc?

The colours of the Game circles are attractive to me. I would prefer the 9DOT SERVICES to be different colours. Maybe SERVICES in grey or black please
