I like the font but I agree that it is a bit too simple for what we're going for. On the right track though!

#16 . Getting warmer...

* The Company Name should stand out more than the slogan though
* How about converting the colors? That is, using the orange where the white is in LP:TS and "Limin' Professionalz:" so that it fades from Orange to Grey instead of White to Grey
* Make the slogan font smaller and grey
* Liked the text better without the shadow. Remember we will be using these to print tees etc. and shadow effects most times arent an acceptable format.
* Connected is spelt wrong. A "n" is missing
* Like the abstract shape below. Thats a keeper
* Looking for more than just text. What's next? For e.g., instead of the letters "LP:TS," can we get a pictoral, abstract, emblem or character-based representation of the company's concept: Connecting Caribbean people accross the globe?

#19 The abstract shape below and the slogan look out of place now
#18, #19, #20, #21: Interesting idea with the globe but the overall image isn't jumping out at me yet

#9... This is our foundation ... Let's build on this given all my comments

A start: Can we get something like the drawing/outline of a semiprofessionally dress man (blazer, shirt, slacks, no tie and shoes) and woman (pants, jacket and shirt) in relaxed poses as if at a social, networking event.... Doesnt have to be filled... Just outlines like Fido Dido for 7Up

#31 Liking it... moving from warm to hot... Play around with the location of the outlines... Not liking it at the top. And remember, no gradients. We have to think about printing on tees.

there will be no gradients at the end...
The gradients now on the background and on the font will be removed!
I would send you a lot of different versions of the logo small/big rgb/cmyk white/black etc...
I will try now some diffrent locations and combinations...

#32 Somehow it seems off-centred, visually heavy on the left side

Try these as a variations:

Variation 1
Remove the "LP:TS" text
Replace it with the outlines of the male and famale
Increase the size

The result should be the outline and the male and female accompanied by the text
-------
Variation 2
Outline of entire bodies (head to toe) of the man and woman
Full company name (Limin' Professionalz: The Syndicate, Ltd.) along side
-------
Variation 3
Outline of entire bodies (head to toe) of the man and woman
Full company name (Limin' Professionalz: The Syndicate, Ltd.) below

#33. Let's try a variation to this

I'm liking the coconut tree idea but let's take it a few steps further...

(1) See what you did with the curve under the outlines of the people in #31. Do one on here and make it like the outline for a rising sun that loops over the letters "LP:TS" and over to the end ot "Ltd." (That would balance of the logo visually... Right now its heavy on the left side.

(2.) Add some ripple outlines (as if the light from the sun is reflecting off the surface of the sea) under the company name, Limin' Professionalz: The Syndicate, Ltd.

This would really seal the whole caribbean feel to the logo.

I hope you will like this one, i thought long about it and i think something like that would be great for a logo also for t-shirts, mugs, web, print etc...

Please tell me waht you thin about it...
