Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
Thanks for submitting. I like the colors in #22 but prefer the mark on #24. It strikes a tone of collaboration with the three parts facing each other, like 3 people standing in a group talking. It doesn't seem like they're 100% symmetrical through. The bottom one appears shorter on the left side than the others. Let's see what adding 'Business - Technology - Trust' or some format variation as the tagline on #24 with variations of #22's colors. Maybe also with a variation of how you did the name on #21 but with a little bit of a stronger font.

RE the icon - After staring at it I saw what you meant :) so I double checked the symmetry of the icon, and they are exactly the same ... It might have just been a visual thing with the gradients etc.
I've tried a couple of iterations, but if you'd like to see any others please do say.
And here are those iterations ... Both use the same colours, however on one I've added a gradient to the wording (#144), and one uses flat colours (#143). #144 also has the tagline separators lines in blue as opposed to the same as the wording.
