I am a fiction and non-fiction writer who also owns a public relations company.

Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow, Black, Orange - NO PINK or anything too girly.

this logo for my Author website and brand it has to be mindful of my other business/brand, Ananchel Communications, INC. Which is a Latin term for the Angel of Strength. It is a blue and white angel blowing a horn. Although my fiction wriitng is fun and creative I need to make sure the writer brand is creative but not frilly or silly. So the image(picture) would be either an old ink holder and calligraphy pen OR an old type writer image. Both which ever one is best would have pages floating/or curling up offering/showing the different types of writing I do.
EX: FICTION, NON-FICTION, BUSINESS, ARTICLES, SPEECHES, BLOGS, SEO. Then under it would be my name Carrie Gerlach Cecil with a C2 hanging off the end or under it. CARRIE gerlach CECIL....c2 (like a trademark - shot - or maybe like it's falling off the cliff...The type face for the words on the sheets of paper - FICTION, etc.- would be something straight forward and then my name would be a pretty cursive.
I like the keep the colors very primary. Nothing pink or girly.
