I think its a great first start. I would like the papers to maybe different primary colors and no ink splot. Also, if you can make the Gerlach all lower case that would be terrific. Thanks!
Went for softer looking colours. Let me know if you want them bolder or different in any way. Also will be happy to make any other modifications you require. :)
Oh - like the one with color. Nice - can you make them more primary colors. Basic navy blue, red, yellow, dark purple, green...also, I'm not quite sold on the pen color...but great so far!!!
Would it be possible for you to make the name more prevalent and the image smaller. My clients are giving me feedback that image is great but maybe to whimsical/comical and the name with C2 should be bigger. Can you help?
I uploaded some versions of the logo with different fonts and smaller image, maybe this helps.The image might look too comical because it's very colorful, in the last versions i tried to make it look more realistic opposed to the cartoon like style from before. Let me know if this helped! :)
I love this so much but my agents are telling me it's too busy. I'd love to be able to use the image for my website if I don't end of picking it as the logo. Is there a way to pay you for that.
Thanks for you appreciation. I think you should ask the LogoTournament staff if you can pick two winners, I think that's possible. If not i can just give you my PayPal address and send the files via email. I'm also going to work on a simpler logo, I focused on the specific image you asked in the brief and never tried to make something else.
I like it the simple one too. Perhaps if you could add the pretty quill pen and the C2 in the circle verses my initials. is there a way to say...."professional writer under my name in a different font..." or not.
can you make the caligraphy pen like a quill...a feather old writing pen. the reason i ask is my other logo for my pr company is a blue angel - and the feather would keep it all branded like it's a piece of my business. i really love where you're going with it. plus, i'll ask logo folks if I can pick two. i 100 % want to use your other one for my website design. even if i use it to let people "Click," on the papers and it takes them to my areas...
I made a few more variations based on your suggestions. Hope it's the look and feel you were looking for. I can still make revisions even after the contest ends so feel free to leave feedback. It's no problem if LT can't pick 2 winning designs i can send you the other one personally but you should ask just in case they can make an exception or such. You can talk to the person that's designing your website to use the graphic and make the pages clickable i think that's a great idea. :)
The idea for the last two came from the blue angel theme you mentioned you'd like to keep. It's very late here so i'll be going to bed now but i'm looking forward to seeing your new feedback. Hope you like the new designs. :)
I'm so loving this! How about in #2 if in the circle it has the c2 logo at the top not cgc and so I know it sounds weird but I'm trying still to figure out how to get the angel wings on there. either little ones on the pen on the bottom or on the circle. you're amazing!!!
also if the circle instead of a ball if it were the shape of the ink well. I've moved #2 to number 1. Then I think we're done. I still want to figure out how to use your other stuff for the site.
