Do I need to use cross-hair as a important component of the logo. Please suggest as to what other components you would like to be used on the logo.

I think you have enough elements without the crosshairs. Don't want the logo to be too busy. If you want to tone down 270 and add some crosshairs, that would be great. Thanks.

I have update the logo #270 with cross hairs. Please review. I'll trying to create a few more logos and would try to use cross hairs in them too, but if I am not using, will that be OK with you. Please suggest.

I like the crosshairs in 339, but it makes the whole logo too busy. How about if you keep the crosshairs, remove 401, and replace the slogan with 401(k) Reconnaissance? That may make it a little more simple.

Can you try 417 with the font from 396 for the RE and ON? A couple of people like the font from 396, but wished it was on 417. Can you submit that? Thanks.
