Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

Thanks for the great start to the designs. A few comments as things get going.
1. We're not set on having all the words in the logo. (loosing the "ltd" is fine, and dropping off "Design group" could work too). Certaily we could afford to give less weight to "group ltd" as in #18, #19.
2. Perhaps the logo should contain elements that reflect that we work with the land, both natural and built environments.
3. We're passionate about
a. getting the most out of natural and built environments,
b. creating great places for people,
c. connecting people to their environment, and
d. great design.
All these things (in particular d) means that the logo needs to be clever, possibly having a depth of meaning that requires thought or even explanation.

Just a quick note to say we're impressed with progress so far, but we're also interested in new directions.

This weekend is a long weekend here in NZ - Labour day on Monday. So, don't get grumpy if there's no feedback for a bit.

We're keen to see what's next - keep them coming.

Just a quick chat about symbols and text:

SYMBOLS
We'd like the symbols to add meaning to the text. 360 Design Group is about offering a complete design service, able to look at land and property use from all angles, and provide an integrated holistic solution. We'd like the symbols to reflect that - easy....!

Perhaps the symbols should inidicate that our designs are based in the natural and built environment.

TEXT
The text elements that appeal to us are the ones that infer a decreasing order of importance from 360 to Ltd.

And now we're starting to repeat the words from our first post above...

We've extended the contest 7 days, but we anticipate making a decision either this Friday or Monday (NZ time).
