like it a lot, but star has no reference to bars. would like to see olive or martini glass or something relating to filming or bars in its place, but keep simplicity. that is what works best. curves on outer edge don't need to be there. they are not part of logo. would like a pop of color in what ever you replace star with. great job with choice of fonts and keeping it simple.
Thank you for your feedback dear CH. I think you're right. Star on top of my entry #73 has no reference to bars. I made it to convey a place that producing a star (a movie star), but after reading your comment, I do realize that there are no part of the logo that reference to bars. And the color of the star was too classy, so I finally come up with this entry #106 that picturing a simple glass of martini that convey a bar. I prefer not to pick the film symbol, because there is a 'filming' word that already described the film. And I did pick up the green pop of martini color on it, as you asked for it.
