Dear CH, you can't rank only one designer to the top 15 places.

I am looking for a logo. Whoever does the best job, I dont care which designer. There are 5 designers in my top 15. I havent seen you submitting anything.

In contest where the CH is ranking one designer to first 5-10 places is pointless to enter. I'm not interested.
You obviously choose the winner.

if you dont like other logo concepts, could you give us any direction? some more general brief for what you looking for than silent and extend then extend your contest. its more exciting for designer to follow CH's direction than like this - shooting in the dark. actually you can get more various options to choose trough communication with us.

How to Rank and Thank Designers: When it comes time for final rankings, designers appreciate when you choose the top three CONCEPTS (as opposed to variations of the same design) for the gold, silver and bronze awards. If you want to rank two different concepts by the same designer in the top three, that's fine.
Also, rank as many entries as possible, because designers get points added to their overall site standing for each blue ribbon they get.

This is how points are distributed:

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points

After that, each ranked entry gets one point for the designer. Nobody will be insulted by being ranked last, the points are still good! So if you pull some entries out of the "Not Interested" group and give them a rank, the designer gets some benefit from entering your contest.

Hope that's helpful, lots of contest holders don't realize this and most are glad to know. It's a good way to thank designers who don't win the contest prize, but who worked very hard to offer you lots of options to choose from for a great logo.

i am really sorry if the description i gave was not clear enough. If i knew exactly what the logo should look like, I probably would put it together myself.
Here is the bottom line: The company provides direct access to rentals listing, so the logo should reflect that. Preferred colors are white and blue. It should look easy to remember.
I am open to all ideas, so please feel free to submit.

New York City apartments, so yes, mainly tall buildings.

i did some logos with the high buildings, you put me in not interested selection. but now you put 3 logo using same idea with mine, with building? actually i could improve my idea better if i had any feedback but it was just get not interested place. now you are choosing same basic idea of mine for recent 1,2,3rd ranks.

I feel like your logos were too busy: keys, buildings, wrong color, too much going on alltogether. Everything needed to be changed.

how did i know what your thought? you didnt say anything-you just throw it right away. i had other simple logo with building also for alternavive, but it was kicked out to not interested place again without any comment from you. now you have buildings on 1,2,and 3 ranks using the same idea of tall building.

well its ok, i'm not so insist to win this contest - but you make me confuse, i bet you i'm not the only one feel the same thing here.
one more thing; you said you were very like my first logo submission, but then it was placed on not interested, both with my next improved logo that i created it based on your requirement. please check my submission page if you forget about this.
