I like the brightness and feel. I I discarded the ones with the rounded corner because it was a bit off putting from a distance. The collaborative feel of the links is good. I'd like to see the theme of impact through collaboration more prominent.

I'm ambivalent about the italics for the city - I really want the "impact" statement to hit people. Looks great.

Could you brighten the colours on #45, increase the relative size of "impact through Collaboration" and put melbourne and the dates in a different font, something more casual.handwritten looking like a jeans font?
