ETA Equity employs a unique private equity strategy, investing in micro-cap businesses by partnering with dedicated search and operations teams (aka Search Funds). This unique sourcing strategy enables ETA Equity to leverage a network of highly qualified professionals to scour the small business world for interesting acquisition targets. Most of these businesses never make it onto the radar of traditional acquirers, resulting in less competition and pricing pressure, and correspondingly higher returns. Perhaps most uniquely, the search teams that find and negotiate these acquisitions then assume the most senior executive roles and step in to run the companies themselves, providing us as investors tremendous control.
