Boost Factory is a community of people who want to grow their careers and continue to learn. This is a web-based, and "tech startup" type community. The logo should be very simple like many of the tech startup logos you see, and likely emphasize the "Boost" component of this. Incorporating the factory as well is secondary, but welcome.

Agerotec produces custom membranes for water filtration systems. It's clients are typically large organizations, looking to utilize their unique membrane solutions to speed up the process of water filtration. The target is typically large organizations or government affiliations. They are large entities, and there are a small number of clients. As a result, the logo strike a corporate and professional tone.
