Qik n EZ is a small chain convenience store located in central Illinois. They've existed as a family business since the 1960's. Over time they have evolved from several models into a 12 location convenience store chain serving the Springfield, Illinois market. The company is run by a second generation president. Her father started the business. They sell gasoline, as well as your typical convenience store items like food, drinks, and on the road necessities.
They would like to elevate their coffee program as its own unique brand. The goal is to have the brand be able to fit nicely within their current brand framework, yet have appeal to stand on its own.

Snappys is a convenience store chain in Pennsylvania. In addition to a convenience store they are also a restaurant and call it Snappy’s Grille. Customers order from a touchscreen kiosk or order online. Their popular foods are burgers, cheesesteaks, pizza and fried chicken.
Snappy’s wants to take its most popular items on its menu and have them available in a grab and go hot box for customers who are on the go and in a hurry. Instead of ordering on the kiosk, a customer would have the option of grabbing the item of their choice quickly out of the hot box.
The target audience is both male and female ages 18-45. They would be people on the go whether that’s for work, kids, or other life needs. They’re busy people and don’t have much time. They are usually outdoors and enjoy hunting fishing and ATV/utv lifestyles.
