Popei
Popei operates in France and delivers corporate software and services (dashboards, best-practices, CV database) to help Human Resources staff comply with affirmative action rules within organizations (disabled people, senior staff, multicultural staff...). "POPEI" sounds in French like Popeye (the sailor), a character whose early pictures turned into royalty-free in 2009 in Europe. "Pop Eye" is by the way a disabled person, whose strength comes from a tin box of spinach, and 'tin box' is 'boîte' - which means "company, business" . That's why "Une boîte ouverte, une équipe renforcée" both can translated to "Open a tin, stronger team" or "Open up your business, get a stronger team". As a conclusion, though we deliver not so funny business; we would like to use something "offbeat".
