We are a grassroots, nonprofit organization dedicated to helping local refugees thrive through three core concepts: Connect, Cultivate, and Contribute. We connect refugees to local American friends through one-on-one mentoring that includes weekly meet-ups and monthly group meetings. Refugees cultivate skills by working with mentors to set and achieve goals that will help them better support themselves and their families. By fostering relationships with each other and through regular program service projects, refugees and mentors contribute their skills and life experiences. As refugees and mentors connect, cultivate, and contribute, unity and richness in our communities will grow. Our target marketing audience is volunteers; however, we also partner with local company's Philanthropy Directors for funding, and want to create brand recognition with refugees, who need a trusted "face."
