Negotiation Sim is a role based online game played between 2 players. The objective is to earn points by negotiating a series of offers between players. Initially it will be played between two individual players, but eventually team negotiations and a computer player will be possible. We're currently using in negotiation training sessions with fortune 500 companies. We will be adding many negotiation sims to choose from, each offering different roles and stories. Most roles and sims will be true to life. Many aspects of gamification will be applied. Graphs and charts show performance at the end of the sim. Players use their browsers. The sim will be used to: - learn how to negotiate better - have fun - prepare for real life business and other negotiations, and - create sims that can be negotiated or to prepare for negotiations - train a negotiator or team on how to negotiate (this is how we're using it currently with our clients)
