For example, onboarding surveys for new employees, employee engagement surveys, exit surveys for individuals leaving the company, among others. This service includes a comprehensive and user-friendly digital platform that streamlines the process of survey generation and distribution to individuals, along with an outsourced telephone calling service that complements the online email-based survey, with the aim of increasing the response rate to these surveys. The major differentiator of our service compared to other competitors is that we integrate email surveys sent from the platform with other communication channels such as WhatsApp and phone, in order to enhance the response rate, surpassing 70% response rate, whereas other market alternatives target 30% to 50%.
