Full name is The Institute of American Musical Theatre. We go by IAMT and our URL is IAMT-NYC so we want NYC or New York City also visible.
IAMT is a post-secondary, two-year professional training program in the performing arts (singing, dancing and acting) for students 17 years and up. We are an alternative to college that is a tried and tested path to a career in the performing arts (Broadway, dance companies, national tours, etc). Target audience are (1) high school juniors and seniors looking for training programs and (2) their parents.
