FHIMA

We are an association representing health information professionals. Our mission is to empower HIM professionals to have a direct, positive impact throughout the healthcare system by advancing the HIM profession through education, advocacy, professional development, leadership, communication and technology. Our members are majority middle aged females with some college education.

We are the Florida Health Information Management Association, a non-profit membership group representing health information management professionals in Florida. Our membership ranges from colleges student to retirees, with the bulk of our membership being middle-aged females. Our members work in a variety of health care settings.

We are an association for Health Information Management professionals in Florida. Each year we have a new theme. This year's chosen theme is Chart the Course. Our idea is to have a compass/map along with some images of healthcare to tie it all together. We would like "Chart the Course" and the image to be the largest part of the logo, with our FHIMA logo included as well. Audience is professionals ranging from college age to 60s. Mostly female but we do not want the logo to be too feminine. We want it to speak to the professional nature of our organization and to tie in the "travel" type them with our healthcare mission.

We are an association of health information management professionals. Each year the Board president comes up with the new theme for the year, this years theme is HIM to the R.E.S.C.U.E. We will use this logo on all of our promotional items throughout the year and as the logo for our 2020 Annual Convention.
