The property has a unique story, blending its ranching past with a vision for the future as a world-class luxury destination. It is a place where the land meets the sea, with iconic elements like a tree that lives within the ocean, symbolizing resilience and harmony with nature.
What we are looking for in the logo
The logo should reflect both authenticity and sophistication. We want to capture the essence of a traditional hacienda—heritage, strength, and legacy—while also projecting exclusivity, elegance, and modern luxury. Elements that can inspire the logo include the ocean, wind, and the iconic tree of Conventillos. The design should work across multiple applications: from premium hospitality and branded residences to golf and wellness.
Target audience
Our audience consists of high-net-worth individuals, global investors, and luxury travelers who value exclusivity, culture, and authenticity. They are discerning clients who appreciate world-class design, a sense of place, and experiences that combine tradition with refined lifestyle. We import prime HASS Avocado from Mexico to Costa Rica. Both fresh fruit and processed avocado (pulp, halves, guacamole, etc.)
Our target audience are two: Foodservice buyers (for the processed line) and retail shoppers for the fresh fruit.
While fruits historically do not market much with a brand, we would like to create brand recognition with our avocados.
HASS is the variety of the most famous and delicious avocado.
By combining the words "Kick Hass" somehow we are bringing a link to the "kick-ass" common phrase. We believe is a interest game of words. However, we do not want the brand to be perceived offensive but rather funny and catchy.
Avocado consumption is growing rapidly around the world based on its taste and nutrimental attributes.
Some of the application could by one-inch stickers for each fruit, thus logo needs to be in such a way that small applications are suitable.
