I am a physician who tutors medical students taking the US medical licensing exams (www.usmle.org) - these are some of the most brutal and lengthy exams any student can ever wish to take - understandably so as it is a rigorous process to become a physician in the US. I use a very unique approach in that I focus on being more than just a tutor and more so a mentor - learning about their strengths and vices, teaching them question strategy, etc...
