Why is this contest back in "accepting entries" status? This is supposed to be closed, it if was re-opened how come there is not CH actvity?

lol, the contest holder last login was 1 day ago, guess he requested for it to be re-opened so that he doesn't lose his money after forgeting about it for 113 days ! intresting.

now back then there wasn't as many designers, let the flood begin ! everyone have a shot at it, lol
