Is it like this or I just found out sorry to question it, but if it's true this way so I don't need to continuing my revision work by the client

LT portfolio not just display winning entries but also current first rank.
Current first rank displayed after blind phase ended (except private contest).

So there is still possibility Contest Holder (CH) change their mind in Finalist and Selection Phase.

I don't understand the question. :)
