My brand aims to bring a different approach to therapy. Rather than having to go to a therapist for multiple sessions, which may or may not be helpful, I want to provide the key tools, concepts and knowledge to people online via my website. My website will contain mini courses, longer courses, worksheets and multi-day challenges to help people start to create immediate changes in their lives. The focus is on mindset, self-awareness, coaching oneself mentally, changing our narratives/stories, reducing negative self-talk and excuses, working on mental toughness and resiliency, and creating new and helpful habits, etc etc. My business will allow people to learn the skills and tools that therapy offers without having to pay the high fees of therapy, without the time commitment of regular therapy sessions, without the stigma of going to see a therapist, and without any of the "touchy-feely" stuff that sometimes comes with therapy and turns many people off.
