We are business consulting firm. We work with financial advisors and small to mid size business owners to help them overcome the current challenges. Our goal is to help them take control of their business and realize the success the envision. The name implies a 3 step process to our approach. Vision - Help them define their vision. Focus - Establish focus necessary to succeed. 360 - 360 degrees of accountability between us, the business and the employees.
