The first beer in our line up is called Carmela. This is a Mexican brewery with a little bit of a religous theme. The name of the Brewery is Bendita Carmelita, it is located in Ciudad Del Carmen, Campeche MX. The people here are called Carmelitas, hence the name Carmela. But we are looking for a design that we can simply switch out the name of the beer, change the color scheme and move on to the next label.

The Bend is a trailside pub with a small interior space and extensive deck and lawn seating. The interior space will be kept very local and casual and the outdoor space will have multiple vignettes with covered tables, porch style swings, fire pits etc. In the evenings we will light the area with string lights a la a traditional biergarten, We will have music at all times. Ambient speaker driven or live on our outdoor stage. The trail we sit beside is used by mountain bikers, walkers, runners, hikers, families etc. and is very well traveled. Our standard food will be light and small portioned daily but on weekends we will feature shrimp boils, brisket roasts, crawfish boils etc.
