Iron Canyon Cider House's main objective is to provide a meticulously curated tap list in a city desperately lacking in venues for patrons to consume and experience the truly vast world of hard ciders. As the craft cider industry grows, it has begun to experience existential growing pains as producers and the market as a whole search for standards and styles by which to define the burgeoning American cider industry. All too often smaller craft producers are left competing with conglomerate backed industrial cider producers for extremely limited tap space in more “beercentric” craft bars.
