ZUTIXELogo Design Contest

Zutixe is a new start up company, It will be a subsidiary of a Mining company in Mexico, It will be based in Texas. Zutixe will buy and rent heavy equipment / mining equipment.

I would like it to be a stand alone logo next to the name. ZUTIXE means Exitus Backwards, it is latin for, to go out, or to succeed. The file I uploaded is for another company that I have. It could help as reference. Most of my business is in Open Pit Coal Mines, and Zutixe will be a subsidiary of Mexatim but I want the logo to be different. Zutixe is based in Austin, Texas. I would love for the Logo to be recognize as a stand alone symbol like mercedes-benz, nike, but Im open to suggestions. Across borders could also be a theme.
