If we could see Bel-Uva Grap Juice designs now that would be great. We are contemplating our name right now.
***** WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME EXAMPLES WITH THE WORDING BEL-UVA GRAPE JUICE as our name has yet to be 100% decided on. So it will either be ZUCCO or BEL-UVA.

- Keep the concept of grapes and wine glasses. (Maybe it’s better if the grapes are sitting in an empty wine glass?) Just a suggestion, open to other.
-“Zucco” using a strong, powerfull “Z”.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Please don't waste your time uploading clip art type art. Some of these are embarrassing. I could create them myself in paint. I'm looking for a professional logo.
Usually how this happens is the first submissions are not all that great, they're just ideas. It would be better to just look at the designer's concepts and see where they're going and, if the designer is serious about his/her work, will be happy to improve and make necessary changes to the design. There are so many directions to go with each contest and at least SOME direction from the CH can go a long way in bringing out some great logos. Rejecting so many entries so quickly without any feedback is very discouraging for a designer who's spent a lot of thought and time on your logo. If you want to get your money's worth, I suggest taking the time to push designers in the right direction instead of saying their ideas and executions are 'embarrassing'.
I am 1 of 15 Logo Tournament Moderators (MODs) I agree with bluberri has said, it's not the best way to make an impression as a Contest Holder...of course this is your contest an you'll run it as you see fit, but you may wish to re-think the statement...You need to remember we are here because we chose to be and are working at NO COST to you, with hundreds of possible entries you can't go wrong...
Feedback is critical if you want to find a mark for your client's product, without we are designing in the dark.
Can you specify which one's you think are clip art, the art that I created for your logo is 100% original artwork, please don't just assume that it's clipart. I'm sure alot of other designers spent alot of time creating original art as well. Maybe it's better to communicate before accusing people of using clipart. Thank You & if you're interested in revising any of my design, please let me know.
Your company name should not be dictated by the logo IMO. The name is more important for overall marketing purposes. There might be a logo you like with one name, but it won't translate well to the other. What do you do then?
I would suggest nailing down your company name and then moving onto the logo development. Lots of designers are going to be gun shy about putting time into a contest that has the possibility of changing names. We've had similar experiences on Logo Tournament and they rarely turn out well.
I don't speak for all designers, but I am sure that for many (me included) the text, characters, ascenders and designers, character shapes, and punctuation, are all pretty important to the process of designing a logo. Deciding on a name would be better done before than during a contest.
Me too, seriously wich is the defenitive name cause in any case another contest with the new name should be published apart from this one, if the new name is the correct one all before entries should be marked as not interested.
