I had to adjust the tail a bit. The ".com" didn't look right before. It seemed out of place when it was next to the slogan. I think that it lines up better this way. The scratch marks are coming up in the next one.
Hi David - I added a the scratch marks and a different tail to this one. I think that with the tail kind of draped over the "s" adds a little more to the whole picture. Let me know what you think.
Ok, maybe make the claw marks from both paws. Can you make the scratches a lighter color so there's distinction between the nails and scratches? Also, I love the new tail location but can you roll it down instead of up? Also, center the slogan since the .com is now off the side. I think these changes will be the last! Sweet!
Glad you like it! I will have to give you the changes tomorrow. (it's midnight now) I'm sure you already know from our last contest that only the first place designer is allowed to upload changes - so if things don't change from now until the end of the contest, we should be okay. I will have everything finished tomorrow night for you.
oh - and don't you think that if I roll the tail down that there won't be any room for the ".com"? I liked the fact that it had "room" now. Let me know what you think about that…
Hi David - here are the changes that you wanted plus some close ups so that you can see the detail. I kept the scratch marks in black - I thought that it showed like it was really "in" the letters. Let me know.
Looks awesome bud. I see your point about the tail rolling down, but can we try it? I'm thinking from a marketing perspective and I'd like to have a straight line across the top so the image will fit better inside promotional constraints. With the tail rolling up it will prohibit the image from being larger overall in certain scenarios. Make sense?
Here's one with the tail a little more straight instead of going up. I think that doing it this way will help you with the space up top so that you can get the logo as big as you can in the header and keeps the ".com" nice and big. Let me know.
