Very striking sphere, like it. The missing chunk at the top doesn't complete for my eye so stops the sphere looking complete to me. The font and letter colour needs consideration, entry #7 does a good job of the name.

Would really like to see a V2 of this one.

Thanks for feedback! Revisions will be done in a few hours.

The font and text styling in #30 and #31 is good, better than #1. The design to the sphere in #1 is still the best of your three. #30 and #31 are too regular and more like something to hang on a Christmas tree.

If something can be done in #1 to the blank white part is seen as completion of the sphere, light shading, outline of sphere or something else. Also could this work as smaller sphere with company name to the right?

Thanks, revisions will be done in a 3-4 hours. I guess I misunderstood a little your first feedback about the sphere and it's completion, sorry for that.

The outline helps my eye, though of course it flattens the overall effect. Can it work if the outline is just dotted across the white chunk and not around the whole sphere?

The lower case text of #56 is best.
The layout of company name to the right of #59 is best, just don't like the uppercase use in #59 so much.

I think that "...A sense of large, big thinking, expansive, dynamic..." is well conveyed even in incomplete sphere. If it were too perfect, then the analytical nature of your company would not be so well portrayed. Also, 'expansive' determines that the sphere is yet to complete. Perhaps I will try with some other colours now, to bring out more dimension in sphere.

Understood thank you. Look forward to alternative colour combinations.
The yellow and blue in #98 worked well, however, I'm open to red and something or to your totally new recommendations.

I've gone away and come back again and I'm convinced that as you say, the sphere has to be open. Thus your first entry #1 (!) is the best of your designs.

For layout and relative size of sphere to text I like #101 the most.

Thus if you can re-open the sphere in #101 (Drop the dotted line) and do some colour combination alternatives I would be most grateful.

Thank you for trying so many different things, in this case I have to give it to you, your first interpretation was so very close. I appreciate you taking onboard my requests, sorry if I drove you mad.

Thank you for feedback, I am not mad at all. You have a perfect right to ask revisions and stuff. I was interested too how the sphere will look like when completed. I appreciate you taking into account my opinion of the open sphere.
Also, I wanted to mention that there are so many "emails" making up the sphere because of the zetta attribute, to give an idea of huge number of emails.
I added a little white space into the sphere to make the design more easy on the eyes. It gives a bit more definition, too. Also, could be useful when printing the logo in black and white only. However, this white space can be removed if you feel it shouldn't be there.

Yes I noticed the extra whitespace and whilst its not much it does very much improve the overall design. May be it would even stand more whitespace and reduction in density.

I'm still struggling with the colour combinations. #141 looks like a good colour balance. Could you re-visit the colours?

Thanks. New colours. I will now revisit density.

#153 whitespace is starting to look like a mirrored Z.

Client
Nice twist with mirrored Z and I do like that further increase in whitespace on #153

The larger envelope version are good in their own right, though I lean to #153 now.

Could you remove the shadow circle under the sphere and make the yellow colour a stronger yellow.

Thanks! I changed the colour to more yellow. I think orange may stand out a bit better though.

How do you feel about the colours? Should I try some more? These solid colours are Pantones so good printing compatibility is guaranteed.

I'm tending to #162 but do agree orange stands out more. Yellow is a hard colour to read.

However, orange is used in the UK by some brands and it has an association to cheap. Not something I want. Hence the yellow preference.

Could any styling on the text be used to help make the Yellow easier to read and standout? Such as a very light line around the text for sphere?

Thanks or letting me know #162 uses Pantones.

Actually, in my computer screen yellow in #162 stands out nicely. I was behind another computer yesterday and there the yellow was a bit hard to read. Screens differ. I will try that line around the 'sphere' text. I can submit it within some hours.

Also when reducing the size of the logo for use on say a business card the yellow will become harder to see.

I think on business card yellow might look better because printing is usually darker than a computer screen. #164 has a bit darker yellow than #162, #165 'sphere' text has a darker line around it, #165 'sphere' has the same darker line around it and yellow part of the icon is in the same colour as the darker line around 'sphere', #166 has all yellow parts in that darker line yellow without a line around 'sphere'.

For me #167 stands out really good.

I can see that #165 #166 and #167 all have a darker orange/yellow. However, I can't see any difference between them or line around the letters. Its so subtle its not showing. Can I just check you uploaded the right files? Thanks.

Yes, the differences are very subtle. I didn't want to go to the orange too much. In bigger scale the line is more visible. Would you like to see a stronger line?
