What We Do
YPO-WPO is an international organization of 20,000 business leaders (Presidents, CEOs) who are committed to life long learning. Creating better leaders through education and Idea exchange. YPO is Young Presidents Organization(members under 50 years of age), WPO is World Presidents Organization(For YPO members who are 50 or older."YWired In" is a concept to connect YPO/WPO Youth (4 yrs to 30 yrs old)
by having members Host a ““YWired In”” Event.
1. Create an easy idea with the goal to connect our Youth. Make it as grand or simple as you would like. The goal again is to connect the Youth.
2. Invite YPO-WPO member children in your city – YPO-WPO will work with you in the database of names. Reach out to your Y&F Director.
3. Hold the program which can last one to two hours with take home value – for younger children you can host a backyard event, for older children host an event to teach them a skill or hear you speak, volunteer in community, think simple format, connecting our youth and establishing relationships is the goal.
YPO Southern 7 and WPO Rebel Chapter are excited to partner together to create connection opportunities for our children. We want to invite our members to get involved. If you have wisdom to share or a social idea to roll out, please step up and Host an event.
An event with two YPO-WPO member children is a success! Connections are the center piece of “YWired In”. We all enjoy our Membership in YPO-WPO and the added value for us is our children meeting, developing relationships, learning to be leaders and networking. Let’s work together to create some exciting opportunities! Contact us with your “YWired In” Host event idea!
The above is a sampling of what the program is about. We are not hung up on the spelling, we were trying to be creating the logo using the W and Y of each organization since this is a joint project with two seperate but connected entities. We would also want to incorporate YPO - WPO into the logo.
