What We Do

Dog Mindfulness Program is an anxiety reduction program comprised of techniques to ease stress, worry, and anxiety in participation with one's dog. The sessions are delivered by a clinical psychologist/coach. My target audiences are; anyone who owns a dog, anyone who works with dogs ie., dog trainers, vets, dog walkers, dog rescues, emotional support dogs, doggy daycares. Anyone who has anxiety. Anyone who practices mindfulness such as meditation centers, yoga programs. I want a simple black and white graphic of a cute Labrador Retriever Dog, sitting in the lotus pose position.
