What We Do
We are a community based boutique telecommunications company that helps local businesses save time and money while also assisting local community associations, sporting groups and charities to raise money.
Our Target Audience:
- I would like to target small to medium enterprises with an emphasis on our proximity to them in the same region or locality, and also I would like to appeal to their community minded spirit. With this in mind I would envisage that they are (1.) Aged between 20 to 60+ (2.) Of both sexes (3.) In the same locality as us (4.) Predominately business people with less of an emphasis on residential customers, although we will service both, particularly if they can be enticed to join us through community groups. (5.) Education I would think would range across all levels (6.) In terms of industry ranging from SOHO TO SME’s in all business sectors. (6.) I would like my company to appeal in terms of psychographics to the entrepreneurial individual who is probably a self starter, and who while turning a buck is also interested in putting back into their local community. I want to emphasize to them our ability to enhance VALUE in both monetary and service ways. I want my company to be more to them than just another service provider, and as such I want them to see us as an adjunct to their business that assists to build business efficiency through our value added services, our competitive price plans, and also allows them to contribute to their local community. I would like them to view us as partners.
