Here are some new options #279, #284, #287.
In these options I retained the octagon shape, which is related with your current business image.
This way we make a refreshment of the logo by keeping some of the old elements, octagon & colors, but with a modern twist.

I was thinking how my #204 concept could be applied for your other companies and here's my proposal.

Since most of your other companies have only one word, Services for example, we can make the right bottom triangle of the pyramid in a different color.

So each company will have its own color but the rest three colors of the pyramid will stay the same. This way we have a main concept as an umbrella but at the same time every company has its own character.

Maybe if the Y came down below the bottom of the C, and if the C didn't have the castle look, because it looks a little like teeth.

I like this layout better than the one that has the YCRE in the pyramid, but I like the YCRE in the pyramid. Can you add the "YCRE" letters to this design in the pyramid?

Clever play with letter "A" that reminds of an abstract crest of a castle with a small purple flag on top.
A crest is also relating with leadership and excellence.
