My client appreciates the symbolic use of the people icons (#1 and #2) in the logos, but would like to incorporate a "high tech" or technology company feel to the logo as well. Can we see some more options with a mixture of the personal and high tech?

We like the font that Logoz has used in the first two, so we'd like to see more of that. Definitely liking the blue/green/gray combo but we're open to others as well (the site design is by no means fixed). We like #22 a lot as well, the 3 dimensional depth is nice.
