At this time # 1 is the best, but I don't like the small dots on the logo and maybe you should try the first letter in big font.. For all: it should look innovative and powerful the small man in the circle looks more playful.

At all: please try to give me some new logo designs not always round maybe something more polygnal.
and try to make a fluent passage from "media" and to "u" so that the colours are fluent.
