Here is the design I came up with: I kept it as clean and bold as possible, and I know the width of the lines and letters here will stitch and print great (I setup designs for digitizing and silkscreening on a daily basis). The colors were pulled from your site, so this would match perfectly if needed. Otherwise, if you wish to see any other colors, just let me know and I will be happy to submit some variations. Here is how it would look on a white or light background. As you can see from both of my entries, the borders allow the design to work on any color. Also, with the design only being a 2-color print, the process will be easy and (more importantly) affordable!
