I'm a big fan of clean lines and "the least amount of visual clutter to get the point across"....so I was really pleased to see you have a similar outlook when it comes to brand identity work.

Hey there Jennifer, thanks for having your input in my logo tournament. Glad that you are willing to communicate. Entry #37 is a nice logo and definitely different from a lot of the other submissions. I do like, although I am nervous about committing to a logo that has a large image and small writing (unless that logo looked super cool and could easily be interpreted). Keep in mind I am planning to use this on websites, flyers (which can be pretty small if printed for promotion) and artwork for original tracks and mixtape promotions. There are times that I will also be on flyers with other people as well. If there is a logo you can work in that can be clearly (or at least to a certain extent) legible so people can start recognizing who I am and what I do , please go for it. I'm a bit tired and cant exactly make out if the logo you submitted is a Y and E. If you can make that a little more legible in terms of people being able to take a quick glance and see what it is, then please go for it ! Always open for suggestions and recommendations (it is why I came to this site). I would love to see another design from you ! Do as many as you can if possible. Do not get me wrong , i am not trying to be negative about the current submission. Just want to explore all of my possibilities ! Thanks ! Nick

I'm currently at my F/T job, so when I get home later tonight I'll have a new concept for you. I'll be brainstorming the rest of the day until I can get to my computer that contains my design software (Adobe Illustrator 6.0).
