#1) Hi Cadmium - thanks for your entry. My comments:
1) The graphic elements need to be tightly structured and largely symmetrical - like an old fashioned tattoo in that respect.
2) Your logo is too far away from the fairground art and tattoo references I supplied. I'm imagining a hybrid of the two styles - quite literally.
3) The company name needs to be integrated into the logo - a part of the design. The font and font styling needs more work.
4) The design has to give the appearance of looking 3 dimensional even though I'm expecting flat artwork. Gradients, extrusions etc - see the fairground art references.
5) Colour palette needs to be richer and toned down - golds, deep reds, muted blues etc.
