Hi. Here's one with the border a little bit thinner. All black on white, color is the easiest part of the design if you want to see it in all dark green or any other combination. I will be here all day and will respond promptly to any feedback you may have.

This is closer to the blue you have already, trying the 'Est.2016' in a horizontal formats, closer to the tee/tree/Y and smaller.

Thanks Janis - I think this is on the right track. Is it possible to update the right side of the leaves to reflect hops leaves? I know our farmers would poke fun saying 'hops don't grow on trees.'

Here's my first design for your logo project. I'm using a tee, subtly shaped as the Y, apple on one side, hops on the other. Showing in dark green on white. I will respond promptly to any feedback or requests you might have.
