ok work with 53 also on colors. I am trying to stay to colors for costs when reproducing on signs, paper media and apparel. My uniforms will be black , but colors need to work with the standard pallette of colors for apparel. I am ok with reversing black and white to show on lights or darks better
logo 69 use an electric green where the red is. Also show me both the green and red version against a black background and reverse the black w white when doing so
I'm working in the horizontal version and I'll send the green and black versions of both
don't be worried about the printing... I understand perfectly what you mean... I'll show you how the logo work with dark background and also with two tints or just with one color.... with process printing is possible to reproduce all the colors and details... with plain colors or tints is good for vinyl applications or stickers (even that nowadays is possible to print color stickers with low cost)... and also with just one tint to use for vinyl or other uses where just one color is possible... embossed elements... etc...

I like both the long version and stacked version. The long one communicates better that I am a fitness spa not a fitness and spa because of placement and that they are the same color ( fitness and spa) that's the feeling I want to communicate. I am a state of the art fitness center first and foremost with spa elements. Can try the stacked version by moving the spa instead of in the middle to the right and make it the same color as fitness to see how that looks. Thank you for all your help!
hi actually I agree with you that the best option is the horizontal layout, specially because the text is more "understable" #116 #107 .... is easy to see fitness and spa together also, maybe with the same color both names is better than #74.... where "spa" is like a slogan... I understand that Spa is less importan than Fitness... but that relevance is done visually with the smaller text
hi I sent #119 with your indications.... but the "head" of the "little guy" is in front of the shade #120 using the lighter gray because is better to see the shade and #121 showing you how the head in the usual position but with darker gray looks

121 the little guy gets faded too much on top, anyway to shade the ball and not the little guy so the 3-d ball appearance remains? also noticed there are several versions of little guy. i like the one that is more proportioned or "in shape" after all its a fitness center :) lol
yes... 121 get faded because the head is behind the shade... I wanted to show you to understand better how it works... anyway the 119 is the same but with the head in front
about the versions of the "little guy".... yes, I sent you some options and variations but I understand that sometimes is difficult to see the differences in the little logos that LT allow us to send
the rules of LT don't allow us to have private communication or send to you anything else that the logos... but is usual that after select the winner and finish the process here in LT the designer continues some kind of fine-tune process with the logo if necessary
for that... if you accept my suggestion... and in case that at the end you select any of my logo as winner the best is to continue those little changes out of LT, because I will be able to send to you some document with the differences side by side and will be easy for you to select.... I say that as suggestion... I did a lot of times and usually is the best option to not make a mess here in LT
119 looks great for the black but arms are to shaded ...like the ball shaded not the man . i think if you can shade the ball to give the 3-d effect of a ball the the little guy will appear to be wrapping around the ball. dont know if that makes sense lol
#116 for the white background and #123 for the dark background sometimes seems strange to have different colors... but usually the companies do it... as you can change the text from black to white also is possible to change other tones... but the most important, the "identity" color... the orange is the same
hi you are right about the arms of the little guy... could seem like they "fade" I sent #124 and #125 where the shade just affect to the colored circle, not the little guy
and now I changed my mind about my favorites #125 and #116

yes, is possible to embroidery the icon part without problem... obviously without shades and selecting the right colors for your clothes, if they are black... better nowadays the embroidery systems are using computer programs and the precision is very good to reproduce even small details... all depend of the type of clothes... but for t-shirts and other clothes I never had any problem... and of course the colors depend of the colors of the strings that the embroidery company have... be careful with that, because sometimes they decide by you and is easy to have "surprises"

HI Fermat, can you try something for me. on #125 try leaving the Xcel on top like it is and put the fitnessspa on the line below. just to see how it looks you play with the colors
ok got em , thinking something different. leave XCEL where it is on top, then do FITNESSSPA underneath .TRY doing all the same size font then try XCEL slightly bigger than FITNESSSPA. Also try #125 and make the spa font the same size as XCELFITNESS and leave where it is. THank you for your fast responses!!
hi I sent the updates I added a point between fitness and spa to make more clear both concepts I sent #130 where xcel have the same text that the other text and #131 where is bigger... also #132 also I sent #132 with a little bigger icon because being the text bigger and more compact the symbol seems little... just a bit actually
still love 125 and 116. I think they are perfect. What happens now ? I am ready to decide. ALso what formats can you provide ? do you vector the design after its done? is that the right terminology? Thank you
I think that you can select the winner anytime during the contest... I guess that there is some button like "select the winner" or something like that
Even that Logotournament just requires that I gives to you one EPS file and one JPEG file, in case that your select my logo as the winner I always prefer to prepare different graphic format files with different options of the logo, color, grayscale, black and white...
and each of that color variations also in multiple formats because you can use with any application: AI, EPS: Adobe Illustrator PNG, JPEG: Bitmap files PSD layered: Photoshop PDF, SVG : Open formats
but if you need any other format just comment to me
as far as I know when you select the winner you need to select at least 3 different designers for the 3 first positions... and at least you need to select 10 top places... from the 4th could be from the same designer or different ones...
and even if after select the winner I remove all the other entries to make the portfolio clear dont' be worried, obviously I have all the files safe and available
