Welcome! I know you are based in Raleigh, but I think you do work here in Wilmington as well correct?
Small world!

#31 is a clean modern design featuring a classic southern front porch with a slight coastal message for when that is appropriate.

I welcome your feedback and suggestions.
Best of luck.

Yes! The house is in Wilmington...love that area. Grew up going to my Aunt and Uncles in Wrightsville Beach. We are down often!

I like where you head is for #31. Weaving in a scene and the name. My only real comment is to try to come up with something that is a little less coastal and can apply to a wider range of properties. Example...a log cabin will be added in the future...and hopefully a lake property. The constant themes are around the themes mentioned in the brief. The locations are somewhat agnostic...not necessarily the coast, mountains or lakes...if that makes sense.

Keep them coming...love it!

#110, #111 and #113 are killer! Great adjustments! Wow...good batch. I reordered my favorites...but admit, I may switch them around some. I want to let a few hours pass and look at again!

#126 - Just an example on a dark background. These "Badge" style logos with the white boarder wok no matter what color background. No expensive coor changes for different backgrounds.

Its a big bonus for marketing pieces.

I am going back and forth on #110 and #111. I like the 3 colors you are using. For #110, can you reduce the blue in the sky down to a single blue? It feels a little busy...its by no means bad, but just a little busy for what I am looking for and I think a single blue would help cut that down. Doing so you may need to either enlarge the house or reduce the amount of "sky"...pull the top of the badge down. Its looking great...I would say focus on these two for the remaining push!

I have made the changes requested #167
and added several new concepts.

My fave is #168. I love that one. Clean and simple yet bold and memorable.

Please let me know if I can help further.

Love the new batch! Some comments...#167, that is my favorite out of that design. Can you try to increase the font size of the word "Properties" please. Everything else looks good and could probably just slide up to make room. Right now I am worried its getting lost and would not print well if I had a t-shirt made or anything like that. For #171, there is something about that I really like. But it feels a little busy...too many peaks in the roof. Maybe take a few away? Don't get me wrong, it looks great...but the simplicity of #170 really feels right too.

#190 - As requested. Larger Font.
#191 - Simplified, yet still very unique. The plethora of Real Estate logos can lead to a "clip art" feel to many logos in the industry. I like the realistic perspective and shape of this, all while remaining fairly simple.

...also note that the badge/emblem style logo is unique in that your name is incorporated INSIDE of the design. This makes it unique and custom in a way that a separated mark may not. i.e #190
