More color contrast needed. Lifted color restrictions. More Feminine.
The logo needs to be more fun and less business.

"Q104" should be most predominant - The "Q" should be larger.
Here's the order of importance for design elements:
1. Q (should be thicker, curvy, with attitude, largest on page)
2. 104 (should be adjacent or connected to Q)
3. WQCY
4. the music you love to hear
