We don't like the Women sign in the middle. It is something which is already going to be known as a company catered to women, but we do not need the sign. Instead we are looking for an emblem, logo or design which can be with the company forever. Something which is trend setting and everlasting.
Absolutely! I will work up some options and post them soon. (You do mean for the text beneath the icon, not the font used in the icon, correct? Either way is fine, just want to clarify. Thanks!)
Working on some intricate paisleys and Berlin drapery style artwork, but I worry about the ability to reproduce such a logo at small sizes. The pattern idea would make a wonderful addition to the logo in packaging or on bags, in ads, etc., but the logo itself should be crisp enough to print clean and legibly in smaller sizes; like on top of the polish caps, on lipstick tubes, business cards, etc. Continuing to work on ideas but wanted to share that with you and get your opinion.
Yeah, you have a really good point there. We are looking for some sort of emblem that will give our brand another form of identification. This is going to be quality makeup products, compared to OPI, LA Colors, and Essie, but at cheaper rates and considering women of all races.
Also you think you can show me some other colors you think are trendy I am not limited to Hot Pink Black and White, I would like to see some rose golden colors, bronze, gold, with pinks.. just putting it out there.
Thanks so much for the feedback. I've been working and will upload entries this evening. And I'll be happy to offer up some hip colors ;) Want you to get the perfect logo for YOU; the one you want and the one you deserve as well as the one that will attract customers.
Okay -- so... #66 -- #67 -- #68 give font and color options (dark brown and sky blue, rose and robins egg) BUT -- If we have a strong icon; a memorable brand symbol, you can use different colors the same way Nike and other brands do. Own the symbol and let the colors fit the product or ad campaign or whatever situation arises. It give the brand flexibility while maintaining consistency and its identity.
I looked at the competitors logos (LA Color, Essie, O•P•I) and they are clean and reproducible. Try to envision how you'd reduce the size of the logo entries to fit legibly on a bottle top, etc.
#86 -- could be a crown or a flower or the sharpened tip of a eyebrow pencil...lot's of cool stuff going on in this icon. Your feedback, opinion, and input on the latest stuff welcomed! Thanks.
Ah, thanks for the kind words. I'm an ad agency creative director in South Carolina. Where are y'all? And what about #88 -- you like it? I can try other colors or fonts on it, too. Whatever you like. ~Geoff
The fact the WOW stands for 'Women Of the World' makes it extra cool. I dig cultural inclusion. Always have, so it speaks right to my sensibilities. I think it will speak to millions of others as well.
Thanks so much! If there's anything else I can do or show you, please just let me know. I'm happy to help in any way I can. Really want to deliver a winner for you!
