Dislike our current logo: Not referring to what we do (Hair). Colors and logo a bit outdated, http://worldhairsystem.com/
But we like the Globe (since we sell all over the World and it reflects the creator / owner of company since she traveled to and lived many places.

All, the log should actually be World Hair Systems http://worldhairsystems.com/
There was a typo in the comment above.

Although World Hair Institute is the same owners, there is a slightly different focus.

Not critical for now since the to logo design can be easily changes the text appropriately.
But please for new designers or updates use Systems instead of Institute

Thank you all, so far so good. We are gaining more insight to what we like and prefer.

We are hoping to incorporate a photo-realistic globe or world into the design, similar to this world if possible:

It can be subtle like our current logo, or like this where it is in the background
http://www.revelationsent.com/ and has some 'rays' coming out.

It will be going on a template similar to this with a mostly grey/black theme

but ok if the logo has some color to it, or can be also just grey/black
