Thank you for this. Can you show me a square version of this where Words Across Borders (no tagline) is underneath the image for social media? I like the mirrored shading - it brings subtle depth. And I like the brush stroke effect of the circle.
There's something about this one that I keep coming back to - but I think, in the end, I'm top sure about the top rock with the people-like rocks on the top. I'd also love to get the black out of the words - so maybe a darker color from the desert palette. I'd love to see how else you might get at the exchange of ideas across borders and cultures - one of the reasons I love the desert themes, beyond because it's where I live, but because professionally I work in global health missions and with people helping refugees - places where understanding is needed the most. Thanks!
If you were to design a logo based on what Words Across Borders makes you think of (without being limited to the cairn idea) what would you do? I really like how you put elements together - just struggling with what I think is going to work best.
I really like this one - the font, the shading - I think the grey of the road is just a bit too dark against the cairn image. I also wonder if you could show me one version with uncapitalized words for "words across borders"? You might have to make the font a bit thicker! thanks!
If you take the circle out and just make the mountain a line silhouette I think the elements could work better together -
Or maybe evoke a path that the cairn is on - no mountains - something to show a distance to cover. Thank yu!
It's a really cool logo. I like the color scheme. Could I ask yo to play with adding a mountain background (it can just be evocative, not fullblown) to add a sense of journey? Just a note - I'm not happy with my own tagline. I updated it in the contest - but I may change it again.
I like how you’ve played with the cairn at the top and your use of shadow. Can you bring other colors from the desert palate of greens, browns and pinks? Also, any ideas other than a speech bubble for the exchange of ideas when people communicate. I want to evoke that meaning.
