Thanks for jumping in right away. There is a lot of potential here. The "creek" coming out of the "W" mountains is a great idea. The creek looks a bit like a glacier all in white - you might want to play with some alternative color choices and maybe put more contrast between the "W" and the background by lightening it so a blue creek can flow. I like the way the different colors help separate the words but it emphasizes the word "CREEK" too much. The better separation with colors would be between WIT CREEK and PARTNERS. That might look better on two lines if you use two colors. Anyway, very nice start!
Thank you for your feedback. your right ... The white color of the river becomes like glester, does not match the background. Here I try to make the color blue water but still somewhat whitish, hope you like it. Thank you for your consideration and feedback still appreciated.
I like #46 very much. You need to get some separation between Wit and Creek, either with some small space or with larger caps for the W and C and/or with separate colors for the words. The creek in the symbol might be better in the same sky blue as above the "W" mountains.
